When can we start?

For any of our ongoing services, we begin on the 1st or the 15th of the month. We do require a three month contract to start any ongoing service. For any one-time service please reach out to use for our availability.

Who will we work with? Can we request a team member?

We have a very experienced and skilled team and we assign our team members based upon your specific needs and their specific expertise, that being said if you would like to work with a team member specifically please make note of that and we will try to accommodate your request with our teams availability.

Do you work in person?

We are a remote based team that covers all timezones so you can rest assured you will always be covered. That being said if you are located in the same city as one of our team members, we would love to meet up for a coffee date or to stop by and see your active projects!

I have a project that is not listed, can you help?

Yes, if none of our predefined packages fit your business, we do offer custom support where you can have access to our team for all our your needs. We offering design and marketing support for projects such as print materials, marketing strategy, videography, public realtions, social media, general consulting, web design and more.
